Natalia Lafourcade picked up two wins at the 18th Annual Latin Grammy Awards. Her album “Musas” (Sony Music Mexico), which was mixed by GPS client Noah Georgeson, won Best Folk Album and was nominated for Album of the Year and Song of the Year. Lafourcade also won for Best Long Form Music Video.
2017 has been an auspicious year for Georgeson, who was nominated in three categories for the JUNO Awards (Canada’s Music Awards) for mixing Andy Shauf’s “The Party” (ANTI-) and won a Grammy Award in the category of “Best Latin Rock, Urban or Alternative Album” for mixing iLe’s debut album “iLevitable” (Sony Music Latin). He is currently producing, engineering, and mixing the debut album for Melbourne-based band The Royal Parks. Visit his client page for more.
