Neko Case has released the first single, “Bad Luck”, from her forthcoming album. The song was engineered by GPS client Thom Monahan. “Bad Luck” was recorded under surreal circumstances befitting its title. While Case had written the lyrics long ago, she cut the song in Stockholm hours after receiving a 3 a.m. phone call in which she learned that her house had caught fire and would likely burn down. The new album, Hell-On is slated for release on June 1st via Anti- Records and his her first solo LP in five years. Listen to the single below visit the official website for more.
