Zach Rogue – of San Francisco’s Rogue Wave – has paired with singer/songwriter Courtney Jaye to form “Rogue + Jay”, an Americana and folk duo. Their first single “Forces of Decay” was premiered by Rolling Stone Country, and the duo was named in Rolling Stone’s “10 New Country Artists You Need To Know” for 2017. Recorded directly to tape at GPS client Bill Reynolds’s studio “Fleetwood Shack” in Nashville, the song was also co-produced, engineered and features bass by Reynolds. Rogue + Jaye’s debut album “Pent Up” is expected to be released in the first half of 2017. Watch a performance of the song below.
