Burt Bacharach and Daniel Tashian have released two additional tracks, “Traveling Light” and “Can’t Go Wrong”, to last year’s collaborative album Blue Umbrella (Big Yellow Dog), mixed by GPS client Ryan Hewitt. The project, a cross-generational collaboration with Nashville singer-songwriter Daniel Tashian and Bacharach’s first album in many years, earned a 2021 GRAMMY nomination for “Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album”.

Blue Umbrella was recorded in Nashville, with Bacharach on piano, leading a band of A-Team session players, including Dennis Crouch (bass), Fred Eltringham (drums), Tom Bukovac (guitar) and Jim Hoke (harmonica).
